Cancellation and Refunds
If you cannot attend the course, please advise us in writing at least two weeks prior to the course. We can issue a full refund or credit to another course (including online courses).
There are no refunds if you cancel within two weeks of the course. We can issue a credit which can be applied to another course.
Once your course has commenced, there are no refunds in the event you are unable to attend.
Please note that all these conditions apply whether or not you enrol in a course within two weeks of it beginning.
We reserve the right to cancel or terminate a course or refuse any enrolment as permitted by law. If a course is cancelled by us, you will be offered a credit note or full refund. Cornerstone Teacher Learning cannot be held liable for additional costs incurred by cancellation.
You also should understand that the course materials are copyright and you agree never to sell, rent or otherwise distribute your course materials in any way.
If events aren’t able to take place because of circumstances beyond our control, we will postpone the event until it is deemed possible, safe or recommended to do so. Refunds will be issued if Cornerstone Teacher Learning cancels an event.
All enrolments will be invited to a closed Facebook group during the course. For continued support, advice and answers to questions that may arise as you implement your new knowledge.
